My Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) has just 16GB storage. The phone reports it's full at 15.6BG. Storage analysis shows 4.6GB of Applications and about 5MB of other stuff (Documents, Images, Videos and Audio). That leaves more than 10GB of storage apparently used but unaccounted for, which seems an awful lot. Some will be the OS, I assume, but is there any of that 10GB I can recover, and if so, how?
I bought an SD card, but it seems that's only any use for files, I have not so far been able to get any apps to transfer to the SD card. Is that possible?
Can anyone help with these problems, please?

The OS could take up to 5GB
Go to each app in the phone settings and click storage and delete the cache

Thank you. Somewhat reluctantly I've cleared all data from most Apps (except where it was only a few KB). I can see I'm going to have a lot of setting up to do (again). I now have only 11GB used, so have about 5GB to play with.
