Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 with 02.  Tried all the suggestions but cannot remove "New Voicemail" notification (Dial 901).  However there is nothing on 901 nor 905.  Cleared caches/data on both phone (under apps) and contacts.  Switched phone off for 10 seconds or so.   Any other suggestions please.  This happened before and I was able to clear it through clearing data/cache but not this time.  When I clear the cache/data it goes to zero and then when I return later it is no longer zero.  Thanks

You need to call yourself and leave a voicemail. When you press the number to delete, it will remove all voicemails and notifications.
