Good afternoon,

Sorry if been asked before but I have looked and struggle with forums.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G. I have started charging it as haven't used it for a month or so and went to turn it on and the finger print sensor / power button burnt my finger. It won't cool down, it just burns to the touch.

Any help greatly appreciated, before anyone asks, no water damage and defiantely not been dropped or banged.

Thanks in advance.

Your options on this are clearly going to be shaped by factors including the age of your device, whether it is still under warranty, whether it is covered by any other insurance and the device's perceived value.

If it is under guarantee or any form of extended warranty, your first port of call under the consumer protection legislation will be the retailer that sold you the device - you would need to notify them of your issue as soon as possible.
