I have just received my new Samsung Galaxy A10S and have managed to transfer all my messages, contacts etc from my old Galaxy A3 but the new phone is not receiving text messages. Any suggestions please? I have just transferred my Sim from my old phone to my new one. TIA

You need to give it 24 hours for all services to transfer across.

Text messages are usually the last to complete.
