My SIM card is in the phone in but it is saying it is not registering. Ive tried switching it on and off again. Ive also removed the SIM to clean it but it still says please insert SIM. I've tried other SIM cards in the phone and they work fine. Please could you provide some help?

Thanks

Alex

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

@Alex871 If your sim is faulty, call into an O2 store and they will replace it for you. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.

Alternatively, if you have no phone, download Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype and call customer service.
Call 0800 032 1402 or 0800 081 0255
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
