From Saturday 7th September I've been listening to three voicemail messages from ***** ****** These were the last voicemail messages I had received from my deceased soulmate. I had saved the messages and had been listening to them almost daily.  They have now disappeared and it keeps telling me I have no saved messages!!

Can you tell me what's happened to them and is it possible to retrieve them?

Please, please help a very bereft O2 customer.

Unless you made an external backup they would appear to have now gone forever unfortunately.
