My phone was returned to O2 for repair. My son had backed up my music and photos before it was sent off
When the phone was returned it had been wiped. My son restored my photos and music but my albums which were in the photo gallery were not there. I installed an app to restore all deleted photos but the photos which were in the albums were not there. I have tried every thing I can but can not trace these albums from the photo gallery. Have I lost these albums for good or is there any way I can find them. Thank you

Login to the applicable cloud service online as sometimes gives more options than apps do.
If backed up correctly, nothing should be lost at all.

Just to clarify, are you missing photos or are they all present @Trish5 ?
If they are there, they just need grouping into folders.
If both the folders and photos are missing, then check the backups are ok.

Thank you for your reply. I have lost the photos and albums. I have a Android phone. I have checked Google photos, and one drive.

I think the back up was done correctly as I got my photos back apart from the ones which was stored in my albums in the photo gallery.
