Retaining number on a second phone PAC number

Hi

I am moving two phones from Sky to O2 and retaining our old numbers. I have moved the first one with but am unable to change the second which has the O2 sim inserted.

Not sure what you have done. Have you given O2 a separate PAC for each from SKY

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
