Reschedule delivery

Dear Sirs/Madams.

I have a all day delivery scheduled for this Tuesday (10.11.2020) order no. ms-316112941, is there anyway to reschedule for Wednesday instead? My boss suddenly changed my shifts without me knowing, If its not possible to change the delivery date. Can the driver be notified to leave it at my local Post Office. Thanks

You'll need to call O2

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

You can rearrange delivery in the DPD or other courier app once you get your tracking details.
