Replacement phone

please can someone explain to me, how, when you return a brand new phone that was not working correctly can they replace it with a refurbished phone?

It depends how long you have had the phone

A phone will be replaced for a new phone in the first 30 days

After that I think you get a refurb

Perhaps kick up a fuss with customer service if you aren't happy with the replacement
