Hi,
I have recently moved from Vodafone to O2 and brought my number across.
I keep getting an alert - "remove and reinsert SIM to keep using ____________ for iMessage and FaceTime"
I have done this several times but keep getting the same alert.
Any help out there please? Thanks.

You might best looking at this Apple Community Post, as this issue is a bug with IOS

5 iPhones and never seen that issie, so not sure how "common" an issue it is or even bug related.
Check your number in Settings >Phone >My Number.
You can edit it, save and reboot phone if wrong.
If phone doesn't allow a change you'll need to do a reset of your network settings.
