I tried transferring my number to a new provider, however I was unable to activate the sim due to not having access to the correct network type. My service has now been disconnected and I am stuck without any service at all. Is it possible to reconnect my service?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.

Thanks for responding so soon. Do you know if there is way to contact them online without using socials? I don't have accounts for any of those and since my service has been cut off, I can't call the numbers. Another layer on this is that I'm currently abroad and won't be back in the UK for months.
