Hi,
I've just ported my number from EE and unable to access any if my bank accounts as I can't receive OTP messages from Santander, PayPal etc. I see this has been a problem for other customers. It's very frustrating and would be grateful for any help!

This is coming up frequently and seems that not all of the porting files are coming across.

I've been having the same problem for months now.. I'm not getting PayPal login or Santander OTP text messages so cannot get into my accounts to do anything, really frustrating. Last month I called O2, they told me to reset the network settings, it hasn't made any difference. It must be an O2 server issue, not a local issue to me and my phone. Please can you tech guys properly investigate and sort it out....it's happens all the time so will be easy to replicate.
