Hi, I am trying to enable wifi calling on my phone. When I go into settings on my iPhone it says that wifi calling is turned off. When I try to turn it on it tells me to contact O2. When I go on my O2 account it says that I have wifi calling turned on. Please can someone help me to resolve this issue. My phone has the appropriate iOS downloaded to enable wifi calling so Iām not sure what the problem is.
Thanks

You need to call customer service as they need to turn on wifi calling on their system
Weāre just customers like you but it sounds like youāll need someone to access your account which canāt be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
