I've recently joined o2 from Vodafone and have a PAC code from them so I can port my old number.
I tried calling customer support on 202 but after going through the IVR options I assume because lines are busy, it wont connect.
I don't want to have to go into an o2 store and am struggling to find the 'chat online' option for o2 as I'm sure this can be done via chat
Anyone able to give me the link for when I want to chat online as the contact us page just points me to knowledge articles telling me to contact customer support (which I cant) or to call into store (which want to avoid if possible)

thanks for the reply. I'll try the Facebook messenger route but is there any way to chat online with O2 via MyO2 site?
