Hi, experiencing a lot of problems with porting my number from 3 to O2, process started on Friday but as of today (Monday) 8 p.m. still not resolved despite numerous calls to customer support. Can anyone please offer any help?

thanks for your reply, I have been back to the store that started the process for me and they have accessed my account and requested a remedy case which should have resolved the issue by 6pm today. I phoned customer services when this didn't happen only to be told they were aware of my case but still no solution😡

There we're some issues recently @Mad but thought they were resolved.
Ask customer services to escalate the issue for you.
