Ported number from 3 to o2

Hoping someone can help, I have joined o2 from Three mobile and transferred my number over. My o2 sim is working and I can make calls & send texts which show as my transferred number. The number in my O2 account has also changed to the number I had with EE. 
The problem is nobody can call me on the ported over number they are getting a message saying number is not recognised, seems to be people only on 3 mobile. I have called o2 numerous and dont seem to get anywhere whatsoever.
I use this number for work so really need to be able to receive calls!
I’ve switched it off & on about 10 times, have reset the network etc.

Neither of those are on shift today... @DA91 

It sounds like 3 have mucked up the port on their side to be fair, but o2 should be able to get them to fix
