Hi
I can’t send or receive sms messages or send and receive I messages or use face time. My number was ported from EE on Tuesday this week.
My phone on the message app says it verifying my number. It’s been like that for 48 hours.
I’ve been into an o2 shop they have changed my sim and also put the sim in a different phone and the same problem was there.


It’s a network problem and they think my account needs re building.
Can anyone help?

Just give it time to update on O2's systems.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.
