Poor signal strength

Why has my O2 signal (which was never great) got so much worse in the last few weeks?  Postcode GU6 7PZ.  You originally said you were doing some repair work nearby, but when it was finished my signal did not improve.

Have you checked here https://status.o2.co.uk/ ? I've looked and all seems to be well. You should download the My Network app and report it https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
