Hi, I ordered a new phone on Sunday, well I thought I did, turns out the order didn't go through, I tried again several times today, but I keep getting the message "something went wrong, call 202" I called the number but won't connect. I don't know what to do as the money is sat in my bank under pending so I can't go to the store to buy the phone, what do I do?
