Pixel 6 pro not charging

Hi I received my pixel 6 pro today, it had 65% charge, but will not charge via usb cable. It will charge wireless however I that's not acceptable. Why is it not charging via USB cable. The phone doesn't come with a charger so how am I supposed to charge it ?

Google dont provide a wall charger with any of the Pixel Phones, so I'm afraid you need to use an old one or go and buy one...

@Frannamstyle Hi, I think it should still charge via USB, but only slowly.

It should, and it's not dirty as its brand new. Just doesn't seem to want to charge via wall charger.

The pixel 6 pro wont charge using a fast charger socket. It will charge fine with regular socket or usb plug.
