Hi I have been waiting for the upgrade that I was due for nearly a week now with very little communication on when I would be receiving it. I cannot ever get through to anyone on the phone to talk further about it. Truly appalling service and I feel I want to quit 02 because this has been a long line of issues I have been having with the service. I really need some answers now or I need to have someone call me to cancel the contract.
