My bill started from the 17th June, however today is the 22nd and I am still not connected. I was supposed to be transported from Vodafone to O2 today, My phone has been off all day and I am still not connected. I have a message that says 'Sim not provisioned for voice' and I am unable to make or receive calls. I need my phone for an elderly relative emergency contact, how do I resolve?

Have you rebooted the phone?

Yes, several times. I was told to keep it off til 6pm. I have checked every hour since.

It's important you contact O2 then @spayne4 as there may be a problem with the port, a faulty sim or an account issue that needs addressing.
