Why have phone calls started cutting out after 6 hours when they never used to?

You mean a single call cutting out after 6 hours, strange as it used to be 2 to prevent people leaving calls connected when finished.

It's a question you will have to direct to O2

they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Rosie007 - This has been a problem with O2, usually cutting off after an hour so six hours is quite good.  On other networks, iPhones have been known to drop after 6 hours, which could be fixed by making sure there were no pending updates for the phone.

You may need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here, and all Forum members are customers like yourself - if you message O2 on Social Media, details in the link just below, they should be able to help you with this. Good luck!
