Not sure if this is the right board, so sorry in advance if it is.
I have recently been moved from Virgin Mobile to 02, i have received my new ESIM and try to use to QR code to setup my new 02 service. Problem is it never worked and now i cannot use the QR code again as it just keeps saying 'This code is no longer valid' and i cannot proceed. I cannot contact support as i have no landline and am now without any phone at all. Can anyone please help?

The only remaining ways of contacting support, which you will need to do, @Richard_T are to reach out to the O2 Social Media Team via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram (details in the link just below this post).
You can also use Skype, Guide: A Guide to Skype to call 0800 977 7337 or 0800 081 0255 (also works free from any phone). Good luck!
