Phone Order Confirmation

Last night I ordered a new iPhone Air, However the O2 page froze after I was charged the upfront cost of £30. I have not been sent an email confirming my order, and on the O2 website it cannot find a device. Could you see if this order has been confirmed? if not will I be charged again next month ?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you - on Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media
