Hi, I upgraded my daughters phone last week and changed her number - today my phone and my second daughters phone have completely lost all signal and cannot make or receive calls every time I call customer service they say the same thing and then cut me off! I had the same problem last year when I upgraded the two phones that have now lost signal - last year it was some tech thing they had blocked on the lines but I cant remember what it is - any ideas?
So far I have been on the phone to them for 4 hours this morning- can anyone help

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Can anyone tag an O2 GURU ? they were the only ones that managed to get it resolved last time.
