Paid but not showing

I paid my device bill a few hours ago and the money has left my bank account but it’s still showing that I haven’t paid for some reason! Can someone help please? I can’t afford to pay it for a second time today!

Yeah it was. I didn't even get a confirmation email tho, which I always get. It's odd.

@Pixie Hopefully it will update overnight. In future you should give yourself a reminder on your phone's calendar rather than rely on an outside email, or even better set up a Direct Debit when things get back to some semblance of normality, so you don't have any worries about whether your bill is paid or not.

There has been problems processing payments. maintenance at midnight so your funds should clear by morning.
