I misplaced my PAYG sim, so I bought another PAYG sim from the shop, and an advisor on chat moved my number and credit and tarriff onto the new sim. But that was 4 days ago now, and I still can’t use the SIM……? It’s showing I have full signal, but there is no 4g logo at the side of the signal bar like normal, and I can’t make calls send texts or use data. But I can call 4444. 4 days seems a bit long……? Any help

Sounds like you need O2 to check there is no bar active on your phone or account ( Guide: O2 BARs ), give them a call on 4445 around 8am or reach out to O2 via Social Media, @tmgordon - links for O2 on Twitter and on Facebook are just below this message. Good luck!
