I have switched from EE too 02 but when I changed the contract I entered my PAC number that EE had provided. But my number hasn’t changed?? I just got my new sim and handset today when will the number change and would EE have been informed it’s been done?

Unless you've been given a changeover date, it isn't happening.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
