Hi,
I'm trying to get a PAC code to transfer my current number to another provider. I've tried texting PAC to 65075 with no success multiple times, when I called to cancel the contract the sales rep couldn't send me a code from his end, and My O2 isn't letting me log in.
Is there anyone who can offer some advice please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Hi @J______Taylor fairly sure O2 are having some system problems today. Likely this is why it is a problem.
