Hi 

 

I received my new O2 pay monthly sim for my new plan in the post today and would like to transfer my existing Tesco mobile number to the plan and I have a PAC
 
I've been trying to fill in your online form at https://o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number/online-form but I keep getting emailed back after submission with:

*** THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE *** The request could not be completed, the following reason is given for the rejection: Validation Exception: Sorry, the information provided for our security checks is incorrect. Please check and resubmit your request. If it helps my number used to be on O2 about 3.5 years ago before I ported it to Tesco mobile. I'm worried you still have it in your system.
 
Please can you advise on the form what I should put for the following fields so I dont keep getting emailed back saying the details have failed validation?
 
Section 1 - Your Details
Your mobile number:  Old Tesco number (that I want to keep) or new O2 Number?
 
Section 3 - Addtional Information
The Mobile Number you want to keep: Old Tesco Number (that I want to keep) which I have a PAC for?
You New O2 mobile number: New O2 number that came with my new Pay monthly plan (dont want to keep this number)?
You old O2 Sim Number: Number from new O2 SIM card that came with the new plan?
Your PAC Number: PAC code received from Tesco Mobile via SMS?
 
If it helps too the number used to be on O2 about 3.5yrs ago until I ported it to Tesco mobile - so I'm worried it still might display on your system as already being in O2?
