Where is my new phone ?

I ordered a new phone from Hastings O2 shop on 18th of October 2024.

I was told it would arrive the next Monday. 

Over a week later nothing has arrived and tracking just says out for delivery???

I am not happy, as my money was taken at the shop and nothing is happening  !!!
