Hi I made an order Friday evening for a iPad this went through and they’ve taken my upfront payment on Monday the order was supposed to be here yesterday however it hasn’t arrived and there’s no update and no communication from O2 .

i have phoned them and because i do not have a mobile number associated with 02 yet they are unable to help me ? Anybody know if this is normal or what I can do please ? Thanks
