I can't receive OTP (one time passcodes) from banks, shops, credit cards etc. I receive normal texts no problem, have rebooted phone, cleared blocked numbers, tried sim in another brand of phone still no joy. I have called O2 several times with absolutely no help at all from advisors who don't seem to understand what I am speaking about.

Can someone please help I cannot access any online banking or make purchases where OTP is required.

@Penmano

If you have recently ported your number in to O2 they have missed to port files for OTP's so you need to get O2 to rectify this for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Spoke to 4 different advisors who were difficult to understand, at least two obviously did not understand the problem and didn't know what an OTP was. Apparently been escalated to a technical person
