I'm stuck and need a bit of help , as usual the condition of o2s customer services shines though, like the light at the end of the tunnel .
I ordered the Samsung S20+ 5G during the time of the promotion- where you would receive a pair of galaxy buds free with purchase of the phone.
It's literally been maybe months now , but any time I ring up O2 or talked to anyone in my area working for O2, I've been danced round. Ignored or just been told
"sorry mate, but you'll have to go and claim the buds yourself"
I mean I'm just stuck , I don't feel like I would be intitled to the earphones now , and it's been a big upset as the phone came with doggy earphone that broke after 3 weeks anyways. But it was part of my contract that was just not held up to. I'm sure everyone else that had the promotion got what they wanted , the buds played a huge factor in what phone / contract I even wanted in the first place now I can't even have them ?!
It is what it is and it was a scam I was promised everything I asked for just so I would sing up for a contract and didn't get it !
Is there anything I can do about this?

I was told on the phone O2 would take care of it the. Another week went by I rang up and they told me to claim them of amazing website , had nothing to use to claim them and it wasn't in my receipt .... As usually simple as it is , I was just given the run around until it was too late
