Hi,

I am not able to access O2 WiFi Hotspots for some reason. Have tried on numerous occasions here in London. I understand that I should automatically be connected when in or near an O2 Hotspot and that the WiFi connection will display as WiFi Extra. Any good advice? Many thanks!

It's not guaranteed to connect and will only work on contract phones, not PAYG.
