Number porting failed

Hi, I'm resorting to coming on the forum as I'm having a lot of bother porting my number from my previous network. Over a week ago I signed up to an O2 sim only deal and at the time of ordering I provided my PAC code to transfer my number from Smarty

 

My initial date the number to port was 07/12/23, however the port did not happen, I spent quite sometime speaking to webchat but all they could say was to do the normal steps of turning phone off, removing sim etc. I then phoned O2 and explained my situation, the person at the other end of the phoned said the port had failed and resubmitted the request to port for me, I received a notification confirm this and was told it would happen by the end of 11/12/23 but it hasn't happened.

 

My O2 account still shows my temporary number and after the initial attempt to port my account with Smarty was closed and that SIM card now says emergency calls only.

 

I'd appreciate any help with this issue, thanks.
