Hi are you able to help.
My favourites are unable to call my phone mad keep getting the message number not recognised when they are trying to call me. Their number is not blocked they can contact me by text message and WhatsApp calls. I’ve deleted them and added them in as new contacts and vice versa but they just can’t make a voice call to me. Any suggestions? Spoken to 02 and they cannot see a problem. I have another friend who’s not my immediate family on virgin and they can call okay!!

@2MS If you have an O2 store nearby, call in and ask them to swap your sim for a new one. Might be as simple as that.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
