Solved: Number not fully transferred over

I have kept my ee number and provided pac code to 02 for my sim but the number hasn’t fully transferred over. Texts are coming to new phone through number I want to keep but calls aren’t. 02 number I don’t want is still stated in general info on phone also.
can you help?

You need to allow at least 24 hours, reset network settings and reboot phone.

If this doesn't bring everything online, you need to contact O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
