Not receiving calls or texts

I cannot receive calls or text messages. I am able to make calls.
I have tried restoring the phone, network settings, had a new sim, but nothing helped.
I have been using the same phone and been with O2 for the past 2 years and never had a problem until 9 days ago.
I called O2 customer service many times but they always went through the same process, they also promised that the manager and the tech team will give me a call but this did not happen.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I am also in the same boat with my daughters phone. Sick to death of ringing and saying the same thing over and over again. To be told give it 24 hours and this will work, and then when you call back to be put on hold and cut off and you start all
over again. 🤯
