I have tried for 2 days to access my Outlook on my desktop but am not receiving a verification code via SMS as part of the 2 step verification process. I have read through some similar posts on here and have switched off and on, cleaned my sim card etc with no joy. Can anyone recommend next steps? I have previously not had an issue with this on my phone with o2. Thanks!

Do you have a good signal? SMS message won't be received if you are using WiFi calling or similar.
If you are PAYG, do you have a zero spend cap?
Have you blocked short-code SMS?
If still no joy, come back and see if an O2 Advisor can help you out.
