Could anyone hep with this please.
I lost my phone on 29/4 but it was then found on the 1/5 I contacted O2 to say that it was lost and they put a barring on my phone.
From when it was found I have contacted O2 on numerous occasions asking for the barring to be lifted. Was told to wait 24 hrs and everything should be ok but nothing. Contacted O2 again and was told the same thing but still not able to make calls or use my data. I’m getting frustrated now because I pay for a service that I’m not receiving. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated

They would have barred both the phone and sim.
Did they lift both bars?

Not sure I’ve reset the phone like they asked Followed all their advice. Just annoying that I can’t use my data at work to receive emails.
