New Customer Here: Having googled this Issue I have Tried everything I have seen online Still to No Avail !
The very 1st Verification I used came through fine (Microsoft) Then Tried Gmail/PayPal/NHS App and None are coming through - Using an iPhone 13 Pro With Apple Watch Series 7 linked to same Sim, Have tried putting the o2 Sim in my Samsung and trying again but Still the same So must be a network issue and not a device, Looks like no one has had much luck solving this over the last few years? Any Help would gratefully be appreciated before o2 get the Lot sent back !

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Try disconnecting the iwatch from your phone, I found this was screwing up any SMS's texts coming through especially shortcode texts (Paypal, Natwest, NHS app etc) definitely a royal pain in the Harris.

Thanks @Tombs Did a Sim swap with solved the message Problem - But now cannot make calls and incoming are showing unknown, Which seems to be another well documented Issue 😞 Off to the o2 Store in the morning and if it's not sorted they can have there Sim and bloody Watch back 🙂
