I have had no mobile signal for 48 hours so that I cannot send or receive calls or text or access the internet when I am not using WiFi. I have tried the 02 app help and support service but only get the message"all of our agents are busy". Meanwhile I am paying for access. Can anyonee help please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Thanks MI5. After going round in circles trying to use the links you supplied I saw the suggestion to turn the device off and back on again and it appears to have worked! I usually do that when things stop working but I never thought of it this time. Thanks again 👌👌
