I have switched to 02 from Virgin mobile a few months back and I can't send messages or receive calls or even connect to the internet at all. I initially called 02 about this and told that they would reset it for me and so I waited and waited however now I cannot even call the helpline desk for 02 as it says sim's not registered. I have been paying monthly for this and have not been receiving proper service. Can someone please send help?
