I have had no signal on my O2 eSIM for past two weeks. I tried the network status checker and it says the mast near my home has issues. So I tried my phone in different areas but don’t have a signal anywhere.

If there is no signal anywhere then you can try a new eSIM.

Use the swap SIM setting in My O2 and when asked for a reason choose Technology Change

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@VishnuP You need to download the My Network app and report the issue: My Network App - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage | Apps | O2

You can also use WiFi calling at home when you're not getting a signal: Wifi and 4G Calling explained | O2

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
