Hi,
I suddenly lost my signal on my e-sim at my iphone 13. I have tried to restart my phone a couple of times. I also tried to change my provider manually, but it won't let me.
However, I have a dual sim, and my physical SIM of a Dutch provider is working just fine. I can change my provider manually and the O2 network works for this one too.
Please help!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
