Access to repair a mast can take days or weeks, as land owners and other telcos, on a shared mast, need to give permission.

Download and set up the My Network app, an O2 app, and set it up to watch areas important to you, you will get notification when work is in progress or planned for your area related to O2.

This is a separate password from your MyO2 or Community account.
