I changed to a new O2 sim-only contract this week, and I've now got no phone service. The eSim was installed, but I cannot make calls and have no mobile data. Can you help?

Did you go into Myo2 and activate the sim?? or do a sim swap from physical to esim (why you would do that I dont know)..
If you have then you need to contact o2 as this isnt customer services or live chat, but a community of customers

I changed to an eSIM (as recommended by O2! Big mistake!!) and now I can't receive texts to confirm my identity to access my O2, via either app on the phone, or use the QR code to talk to a real person. I'm left with cancelling the original order and reordering to get a physical SIM. What a waste as all I wanted was to change my contract. Frustrated and extremely angry. Even getting somewhere where I can get WiFi doesn't cure my problem.
